Where can one get this on DVD? it looks like an amazing concert!!!
I suspect that most of the hits this post has attracted (including mine) resulted from a hope that you had discovered such a thing.
To the best of my knowledge, it does not exist or - if it does - has certainly not surfaced. I don`t know the source of the extant clip.
