Ron, Vincent and Steve,
You're very welcome !
Up until a couple of days ago I'd never even heard of "He Who Loves" either ?
I'm always on the look out for any Bacharach rarities, if I find any more I'll post them.

PS
Could it have been composed for "Promises, Promises"........the dates about right ?

"I Say A Little Prayer" duet by Dionne Warwick and Reba McEntire, their voices really blend well together:

Isn't that just great, blue? Thanks for posting this link. I look at that interview with such love in my heart for Hal. I look at him and think, "My god! All those wonderful songs that came out of that man!" He seems as beautiful a human being as you would expect from someone who could write such great songs with such wonderful sentiments. And Hal had no limitations as a writer. He could write anything. His range was phenomenal. Whether it was "Alfie", "Question Me An Answer" or "Paper Mache", he could do it all. And at 90 years of age, he's still writing songs. He'll never stop. And neither will Burt. God bless them both!

Enormous,
You're absolutely right, let's hope Hal, along with Burt and Dionne never stop.
Here's another wonderful lyric from Hal with music by Albert Hammond.....
