Hi all,

I work at the Menier Chocolate Factory, London, and we are looking to sell our piano bought for "What's It All About Bacharach Reimagined" in 2015. It was played by Burt Bacharach during rehearsals, and on our press night (I have pictures, but the site is saying the file is too large to attach).

I wanted to ask advice on here of the best place to advertise the sale, as I would love it to go to either a Bacharach fan or somebody that will use it.

Hope to hear from you all soon.

M

I saw the Bacharach Reimagined show at the Menier Chocolate factory and if I recall correctly the piano was an upright, which depending on the make would normally cost anything from a grand to around £8,000. I think only an auctioneer specialising in the world of entertainment would be able to value the piano given the evidence that Bacharach himself had played it. I would have thought it could put a few thousand on the value.
