I am a very meditative person and I find relaxation from the stresses of the world using meditation, but I think that music is also a form of meditation too. Burts music is really good for this, it is my favorite. Some may say it's a bit silly but I don't think so, for me it is perfect.
Right now, I am at this meditation resort in Pune, India, and I asked if we could play my favorite songs to a meditation, but the facilitator said no. I will try again on that one.
