I recently discovered this beautiful song. Even if it's not snowing outside I can listen to it.

This appeared a few years ago as the first song from a musical initially called "Gift of the Magi", then "Some Lovers", then - appropriately - abandoned, as will be the current collaboration with Sater. It`s a nice enough song but most were uninspired and I wish Burt would give us one last great studio album, instead of flogging his greatest hits and writing show tunes no-one will ever hear. I know, I`ve said this ad nauseum but Burt hasn`t taken my advice yet.

Oh yeah, I'm also hoping for a new Bacharach album. Maybe another one with Elvis Costello. That would be great! He could make an album with John Pagano. 'I Still Remember' was really good.
