performing in l.a. anytime soon?

howdy all.
haven't seen burt yet live. just really started getting into him. i live in san diego and noticed that he is playing in vegas in april. is there any chance that he'll be playing closer to me(get it, closer to me?)? i love vegas as much as anything, but gas prices, etc. etc.
and i do want to see him badly, any word on any l.a. shows or anything?
