Facebook Bacharach event in Toronto

I saw this Facebook posting http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=131471436917290 .
Bacharach music will be peformed by some locals who are probably fans. I wonder if
Bacharach will get royalties from this type of event since tickets are being sold at $25 each?
I asked if I could video record it for the internet but I'm not sure if this is legal or not
without his permission?? :?
