The Burt Bacharach Discussion Forum

I always got the impression that Burt is a cool, laid back, friendly guy who if you came over for a visit, always had something cooking on the grill (lol). Therefore when I listen to his music (especially in the summer months) I like to be outside and have something on the grill. I know some will relate to this but that is the relatioship with music. Music and images can be very suggestive.

I get this impression too, from interviews, etc. His voice is really soothing and he's always really casual.... like you could just sit and talk for hours about whatever he's saying.
