NOTE: These are TWO SEPARATE PERFORMANCES - TWO DAYS APART (2/12 in Riverside CA ... and ... 2/14 in Solana Beach CA)
Re: Burt Bacharach in Riverside CA Feb 12
Ron,
Thanks for clarifying the two separate performances. The February 12 tickets are available from Ticketmaster. The February 14 tickets are available on the Belly Up website. I have my airline ticket, rental car, hotel reservation, and tickets to both shows!

Re: Burt Bacharach in Riverside CA Feb 12
I flew in from Baltimore to attend the concerts in Riverside and Solana Beach. I would like to say “HI” to the following people that also were at both shows: Jennifer and her husband from Texas and Pam and her two friends from the San Diego area. I also met Chris and Marsha who drove 1 ½ hrs to attend the Feb 12 show and sat next to me in the second row.
On Feb. 12, Burt and his band and singers performed with the Corona Symphony Pops Orchestra in Riverside. The jazz band section of the symphony came out at 8 pm and played for 30 minutes. Then there was an intermission. Burt came out at 9 pm and did his usual show. Rob Shrock and David crigger were not there. John Pagano’s brother played the drums.
On Feb. 14, only Burt and his band and singers performed at The Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach. There were folding chairs set up in rows on the dance floor with general admission. Jennifer and her husband and Pam and her friends sat in the front row and I sat in the second row. Again John's brother played the drums. And Eliza was with the band.
This was the order of the programs of both shows:
What the World Needs Now Is Love
Medley:
Don’t Make Me Over
Walk On By
This Guy’s In Love With You
I Say A Little Prayer For You
Trains & Boats & Planes
Wishin’ & Hopin’
Always Something There To Remind Me
Medley:
One Less Bell To Answer
I’ll Never Fall In Love Again
Only Love Can Break A Heart
Do You Know the Way To San Jose
Solo by Josie James: Anyone Who Had A Heart
Solo by John Pagano: God Give Me Strength
Solo by Donna Taylor: Baby It’s You
1st Four Hits:
Magic Moments
The Story of My Life
The Blob
Tower Of Strength
Close To You
Make It Easy On Yourself
On My Own
Movie Medley:
The Look of Love
Arthur’s Theme
What’s New Pussycat
The World Is A Circle
April Fools
Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head
Liberty Valance
Making Love
Wives & Lovers
Alfie
A House Is Not A Home
That’s What Friends Are For
Encore:
Solo by John Pagano: Any Day Now
What the World Needs Now Is Love
2nd Encore:
Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My head
My husband and I plan to attend the San Diego Symphony show on Aug. 7.

Bonjour Laura;
Thanks very much for the playlist of the songs that were covered at both concerts!
It nice to see that Donna Taylor is covering, "Baby It's You."
With Rob and David, Burt's drummer not being there is very interesting!
Laura, you still are Burt's # 1 fan!
P.S. Thanks for the concerts playlist books!
Take care mon ami.
