Does anyone know if there is a vocal version of Casino Royale available?

Over the closing credits of the movie a mannered, hokey vocal of the title song is performed. A wise decision was made to exclude it from the soundtrack recording and, to my knowledge, no one has ever wasted valuable studio time covering it.

Yep it's available as a bonus track on this cd. It's a remake, of course, not the original found in the movie.

Frank Pourcel & The Agents has a cover-version of "Casino Royale", available on "Ultra Lounge: Tiki Lounge Sampler". That song was what made me research the musical style and origins, and eventually led me Burt bacharachonline.com to write this reply (I'm bumping the thread now, I know).

I found that the theme from "Casino Royale" has close ties to TV-production-music, Commercial Jingles and Bubblegum-pop of late late 50's, early 60's (e.g. Andy Willliams "Music to watch girls by") And I absolutely love it.

Loser's Lounge has a cover of it on their CD for sale on their site. Also has a cover of Let The Love Come Through from CR.

The song was sung by Mike Redway in the end title of the movie.
For same reason wasn't included in soundtrack album.
But a single was released.

You mean, the track 17, "Back-a-trach" is the vocal ending of Casino Royale?
It is bad that it is the only song without a sample on the Amazon site so we can't hear it for ourselves.

Found the Redway vocal on the Net. Don't remember where.
If anyone wants to get a mp3 version of the song, contact me offline. Don't want to upset anyone sharing mp3s.
