Henry Mancini (OT)

This is off-topic, but I'm sure there must be some Henry Mancini fans among our regulars here. I wanted to mention that the U.S. Postal Service has just issued a commemorative stamp for Mancini. It shows him with his arms extended, obviously conducting an orchestra. There is a list of song titles in the background. Just thought there might be some people like me who would want to get a few for keepsakes.
Has Mancini been gone for 10 years already? I think that's the waiting period before a commemorative stamp can be issued in the U.S. If I'm not mistaken, he has a daughter who has a singing career, or is trying to establish one. He wrote so many great film scores, and it's hard to believe that the same person wrote some of them, as they are so different. No matter how many scores he had written, he never seems to have lost the knack for being original. Hollywood could certainly use another Mancini.
