A very thorough review of the Dublin show last Saturday evening that mentions virtually every song performed. In common with all the shows away from London on his European tour it doesn't feature Joss Stone:

When I was reading through the weekly online update from London Jazz News I didn't expect to find a review of one of Bacharach's shows with Joss Stone, and a very good one at that.

I was in London for the first of the 2 Burt & Joss Stone concert at Eventim Apollo. It was a special night because of Joss and full orchestra. Because of Joss Stone Burt changed the 2019 tracklist.
The tracklist of Bacharach & Stone nights:

What the word needs now
Walk on by, sung by Joss Stone
One less bell to answer, sung by Joss Stone
Wishin' and hopin', sung by Joss Stone
The look ok love, sung by Joss Stone with John Pagano playing guitar
I’ll never fall in love again, sung by Joss Stone
I just don’t know that to do with myself, sung by Joss Stone
I say a little prayer, sung by Joss Stone
Close to you, sung by Joss Stone
In between the heartaches, sung by Joss Stone
With a voice, sung by John Pagano
Anyone who had a heart, sung by Josie James
Falling out for love, sung by Donna Taylor
Live to see another day, sung by David Joyce
Something big, sung Bill Cantos
This house empty now, sung by John Pagano
Make it easy on yourself / On my own, sung by John Pagano & Donna Taylor
Magic moments (few bars)
Any day now, sung by John Pagano
Are you there, sung by Joss Stone
This girl's in love with you, sung by Joss Stone
Alfie, sung by the Maestro
A house is not a home, sung by Joss Stone
That's what friends are for
Finale: Raindrops playd by everyone (stage and audience)

Thanks Davide. A set comprising twenty-five songs, twelve of them sung by Joss Stone and what must be unique for a Bacharach show, no medleys. Interesting that David Joyce, the long-term synths player in Bacharach's touring band, got to sing 'Live To See Another Day'.

Judging by his comments on this short video made a few years ago, David Joyce probably needed his arm twisting a little bit to make his debut as a featured singer for a Bacharach show. He also talks interestingly about what he perceives to be Bacharach's compositional approach.

Amateur video footage of Joss Stone with John Pagano on guitar performing The Look Of Love at one of this summer's London shows, followed by Bacharach explaining how Ursula Andress inspired the theme.

Sadly Joss Stone's career has been on a downward trajectory for some years now but at least she's still touring and recording, unlike another British female singer with a distinctive voice who's fallen off the radar in recent years, Duffy, or as the media constantly referred to her, 'Welsh singer Duffy'. She covered a Bacharach and Hilliard classic for a biopic of Joe Meek ten years ago which perhaps should have been released as a single.

Paul,
I agree with you, it should have been released as a single.

I read somewhere that this was Joe Meek's favourite production.....
