well, i thought this board would be full of show reports from this week,but maybe a newbie can start it off.
i won't go into detail on the show...it is essentially the same one i saw in denver 5 or 6 years ago...suffice to say it is still one of the crispest,most dramatic stage shows i can imagine exists in this day and age.it was the first for my sister, a huge burt fan,and she was 100% thrilled.he sang 3 or 4 songs,hilighted by a wonderful "windows of the world" and seemed to really enjoy the beautiful caberet room,which captures the old school show club ambience well.
burt cheerfully met and signed for his faithful afterwards,even sharing a derby pick [bandini].he seemed enthusiastic and energetic,and still has one of the best "swaggers" in the biz !!
