Warren Leuning: Burt's Favourite Trumpet Player?

Post by Martyn »

Does anyone have biographical information on the trumpet player Warren Leuning?

I've see his name credited on a couple of Burt's albums (Woman and Futures) and I'm wondering if he is the man responsible for those soaring trumpet solos on Burt's earlier instrumental albums where the session musician credits aren't available.

I note that Mr Leuning is a regular session player on a host of pop and jazz albums as well as soundtracks. Just can't seem to find anything biographical.
