Middle age crazy OST

Post by Davide Bonori »

Yesterday I discovered that the 1980 movie contained not only Bacharach & Sager "Where did the time go" but also Just friends performed by Lisa Dalbello. The song wasn't released on single or soundtrack album.

I'd forgotten what a killer set of chords 'Just Friends' has.

'Sometimes Late at Night' ....quite possibly Bacharach and Sager's finest hour.

You're absolutely right! ... Despite Carole's "thin vocals" - it remains one of my favorite albums. ... Saw them perform the entire album live at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles at the time of its release. ... A very special evening at a very intimate venue!

To Blair: Just friends was released in the beautiful Carole Bayer Sager and Michael Jackson duet version. But the original version from Middle age crazy wasn't released.
To Ron: wow!!! Big evening at the Roxy Theater with Burt and Carole performing live their fantastic album. Unfortunately I wasn't there. I saw Burt live for the first time during a London concert in 1992.
