A recent British 2 CD set "It's So Fine" (Castle/Sanctuary CMDDD 1159) contains a couple of Bacharach/David "rarities": Anita Harris's "London Life", which Burt reportedly wrote for especially her and "The Last One To Be Loved", performed by Billie Davis, a 1960's UK songthrush.
