Thanks for the info, Marcel! I will check it ou. On My Own is really a highlight in Burt's carrer. One of his best songs from the 80s. I must say that unlike many others I like his stuff from that era (Everchanging Times, Making Love...).

Is this song available on CD? I really like it. Michael McDonald's voice is absolutely gorgeous on that track.

I recently bought the What The World Needs Now - Burt Bacharach Classics CD, and was worried about the fact that the piano intro on This Guy's In Love With You is missing. Is it a shorter single version? I'm curious.

I also have the Sequel Records releases from 1995 and they are OK, so it's not a big problem. You're absolutely right about the Rhino Handmade CDs. They are brilliant! ...

Jimmy is one of my favorite songwriters. The man is a genius, and he loves Burt Bacharach.
