The key change you refer to is indeed brilliant. It is part of the general design of the song as I recall... This is one the things that makes Burt so brilliant...the key change is like a breath of fresh air.. In the clip you reference, I think I hear for a moment a major seventh or major ninth chor...

Lizard Licks his Eyeballs
A line from a Burt ditty from the Geico commercial...I'm wondering if Burt completed this tune....or if it is just fragmented....I'm sure the lyrics are probably incomplete..I'm wondering if he wrote a complete melody for it.
