Yes, it's that old major to major 7th harmonic sequence which the two songs have in common. George Harrison's 'Something' is another song which features that sequence at the beginning of the famous refrain.

Thanks for the link. I saw Ms Elias perform in London a few years ago and she's phenomenal jazz pianist. Thankfully her rendition of 'A House is not a Home' on the new album is an instrumental as her singing voice is a tad on the weak side.
