Or how about a "Loneliness" medley: "Loneliness Remembers What Happiness Forgets"/"Let Me Be Lonely"/"I Cry Alone"/"A Lifetime Of Loneliness"/"The Beginning Of Loneliness"?

Where does this guy get all these rare and marvellous Dionne clips - a lot of them are before video recorders were even invented!
It would be great to have a DVD full of them, in the best possible quality..........

As a fellow Bacharach fan of many years, it is with sadness that I note that Keith seems to have left us. He was instrumental in providing us with genuine "rarities", and I, for one, was more than grateful for them. After all, isn't this what its all about - sharing things between collecto...

Recorded in Paris in 1964, and - yes - arranged/conducted by Burt, as he was Marlene's arranger/conductor at this period.

Wonderful - so grateful! Thanks again Keith.

One slight niggle though - the link for track 10 (Please Let Go) links to track 9 (All the Way To Paradise) unfortunately!

Keith - you certainly know how to "share the joy"!
Many thanks for all the recent rarities you've been posting for us Bacharach fans.
(Would love to hear the rest of the Stephanie Mills sides - hint!)

I own the UK DualDisc version of this album, and had no problem copying it onto my mp3 player (Creative Zen Extra - not an IPod!). Makes the journey to work a lot more appealing, listeining to Burt....etc

Think you might be referring to the Dual Disc issue of this CD. The one I got via the Internet has the audio CD tracks on one side - and a 20 minute DVD interview with Burt on the other side of the disc. Number is: 82876742832 (Sony/BMG Dual Disc) Hope this helps? Superb CD, by the way - love the fi...

London Life

A recent British 2 CD set "It's So Fine" (Castle/Sanctuary CMDDD 1159) contains a couple of Bacharach/David "rarities": Anita Harris's "London Life", which Burt reportedly wrote for especially her and "The Last One To Be Loved", performed by Billie Davis, a 19...
